The lightweight support structure of the workshop offers high flexibility. Together with the high ceiling, it allows for a spacious room design.
There are still a few new bright and flexibly designed office spaces available in the transverse building with the striking clock tower, starting from 370 m². The rooftop terrace has been newly constructed. The reinforced concrete building is characterised by the brick façade from the 1920s.
